I had nothing but time on my hands as I drove home alone form racing the Caumsett 50k in Long Island, NY. It gave me to to reflect on what had just transpired. I go pretty deep (and get pretty emotional) in this episode. I talk about DNF'ing and when it's ok. How not to DNF. How to train to not let your mental strength wain and lead you to a DNF.
